(formerly: Blu Horizon Capital Group S.A.) has, in light of the conversion of all its shares in registered form into shares in dematerialized form, decided to appoint LuxCSD S.A., having its registered office at 42, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and being registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés, Luxembourg) under number B154449, as settlement organization with effect as of 6 October 2021, in accordance with articles 4 and 8 of the law of 6 April 2013 on dematerialization of securities.
