Orange Horizon Capital Group S.A. acquires first equity stake
Luxembourg, August 08, 2022 - Orange Horizon Capital Group S.A. (ISIN: LU2392534405) ("Company") has today signed a binding agreement to acquire a share in the business in Camtech Corporation, Irvine/USA. The transaction represents the Company's first business acquisition since its formation in August 2021.
The purchase price amounts to USD 600,000 and will be financed from the Company's equity. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent, which are expected to occur within Q3 2022.
